Seamless check-in experience after being switched to a larger room with more counter space. The laundry facilities were a fantastic surprise, and the workout room met my needs well. We had a great time staying here with friends. We went skiing at Mt. La Crosse and took a fun cruise on the Mississippi River with La Crosse Queen Cruises. The hotel had all the modern comforts we needed to feel at home, making it perfect for our group vacation.
However, one friend faced issues with their room keys not working, which was super annoying. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get new keys, slowing us down.
